TRANSIT BUS DEVELOPMENT

 

 

Autokinetics is developing a new Ultralight Stainless Steel Transit Bus
in partnership with the DOE Office of FreedomCar and Vehicle Technologies,
Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Argonne National Laboratory, AK Steel, UQM,
D&N Bending, AristoCast, and IBIS Associates.

The state-of-the-art design features:

Full low floor architecture
Battery Electric and Hybrid Drive propulsion systems
High-capacity seating
Monocoque body structure
Fully independent suspension
